Our process begins with a detailed roof inspection performed by one of our roofing experts. Some main things that we are searching for are curling, cracking or missing shingles, proper flashings around chimneys, skylights, and vents, proper ventilation to prevent mold, ice dams or heat buildup. We go over your extensive options for your new roof based on what
you want to achieve with your new roof and your budget.

The planning process then begins. Here we obtain the necessary permits to replace your roof, plan your material order and disposal. We go over what to expect and how to plan for installation day. We recommend clearing out the driveway for materials, dumpsters & trucks. Neighbors always appreciate a heads up before work commences.

We begin by covering and protecting bushes, trees and decks from shingles that we remove. All underlayment, nails, damaged flashings and shingles are stripped, and we examine your roof deck to ensure that no rot or mold is present.

Ice and water shield is installed along your eaves and valleys, drip edge is installed along perimeter of your roof, & then a synthetic underlayment is laid across the rest of your roofing deck. Starter Shingles are then installed and shingles being to be installed. We replace all necessary flashings as we move up your roof. We finish off with a ridge vent and ridge cap shingles for properly ventilated and watertight roof.

We take great pride in our clean up and ensure all debris is picked up, all decks and porches swept, and we run a magnet around your home to guarantee all nails are picked up.

We perform one last roof inspection to ensure every component was installed correctly. We will discuss your new roof with you and answer any question you may have. We do not consider any job finished until you are satisfied with your new roof. We then call to set up final inspection to close out building permit and that completes our process.
