At home estimate where we inspect your existing siding and take some measurements. We will have plenty of samples for you to be able to see and feel your options. We will discuss what you want to achieve with your new siding and the best option that fits your budget.

All our estimates come up multiple options, upgrade options & are itemized. Each estimate comes with a complimentary 3D design so you can see your home with the exact siding/color before picking an option.

Once we finalize the type of siding, color, and trim option we begin the planning process. We pull all necessary permits, plan your material order and any dumpster deliveries that may be needed.

We arrive for installation and go through our process of replacing your siding:

• Removal of old siding: This step usually takes 2-7 days depending on the existing siding and
the size of your home.
• Inspection of sheathing: With old New England homes, we do sometimes find rot or mold
on your existing sheathing. We would access the damage together and a repair would be
needed. This is the only place where you can see an extra cost beyond the agreed upon
price.
• Preparation of the wall for siding: Prior to installation we install a weather resistive barrier
(homewrap) of your choosing and all proper flashings. These details are what protects your
home from water damage and makes your siding lasts for decades.
• Siding Installation: Our trained and experienced team begin to install your chosen siding.
Each step to the install is done with intense detail to not only ensure that your new siding
looks beautiful, but it lasts a lifetime.
• Clean up: We go around your property and pick up any and all debris. We will go around with
magnets to ensure all nails are off the ground. We take pride in maintaining and leaving a
job site clean and safe.

We walk through the final product with you and ensure everything is up to our highest standards. We schedule and complete the final inspection, if needed, and your new siding project is complete.
